FIBRILs fibres for concrete reinforcement

Advantages: wide range of use (screeds, industrial floors, flooring, shotcrete, …), reduces and prevents cracks and micro pores in concrete, reduces the risk of segregation and the permeability of concrete, increased compression and tensile strength of concrete, increased toughness, impact resistance, cold, rubbing and abrasion, easy dosing into concrete mixture, good ability of dispersion, heath harmless and environment friendly material.   With special treatment macro fibres are modified, so that they allow good adhesion in concrete aggregate. By adding constructive reinforcement synthetic fibres, we increase strength of the concrete, it’s impact strength, fire resistance. Shrinkage, cracks are almost completely prevented. Our FIBRILs® fibres are tested at the Institute of Civil Engineering Slovenia and tested in daily use. We offer different types of fibres for concrete reinforcement:   FIBRILs® F – fibrillated fibres, FIBRILs® FFR – incombustible fibrillated fibres, FIBRILs® S – monofilament fibres, FIBRILs® SFR – flame retardant monofilament fibres. Macro fibres are made of pure polymers and are structurally synthetic fibres (an alternative to steel fibres).   Advantages of macro fibres: no risk of corrosion – better aesthetic of the finished product, excellent flexibility, high strength, higher concrete tensioning, improved concrete brittleness, lower risk of lump formation in the concrete, reduced number of cracks due to plastic shrinkage, economical in comparison with the traditional elements and also steel fibres.   Packaging of FIBRILs® fibres: standard bags of 0,91 kg, optional packed in bags of 5,10 or 20 kg or big bags.  ...

Construction films

Construction films are made of polyethylene, which is produced by environment friendly technology from recycled material. From LDPE recycled material we produce LDPE mono films, half sleeves and sleeves of different sizes (1-4m), thickness (50-150 μm) and colours (black, colourful, transparent). The foil can be used as a vapor barrier such as a separating layer between different materials or insulation technology under the flooring, screeds or other insulating materials. They can be formed in larger area. Because of that, it can be also used for a protective cover, for example fresh concrete from drying, building materials against rain and pollution, the banks in excavation, etc. Film is biodegradable and its composition suffices all ecological standards and criteria.
